There's more to life than wheat, corn and rice. In fact, there is a whole world of alternative grains that provide a rich variety of protein, vitamins and minerals.

If you want to cut down or eliminate gluten and corn, but are not ready to give up grains altogether...

If you are vegan or vegetarian and want to expand your selection and knowledge of high protein foods...

If you are tired of the 'same old same old'...

Then, this class is for you!

Join us this Wednesday and learn more about alternative grains like buckwheat, quinoa, millet, and amaranth.

During the class you will learn...

*a variety of different grains and the subtle difference in flavor;
*nutritional facts about each grain; and
*how to properly cook grains and why.

You will also...

*get hands-on practice creating delicious nourishing meals;
*learn tips on how to get the most nutrients from your foods;
*improve your knife skills so you save time in the kitchen; and
*enjoy the delicious meal you helped create with new friends and neighbors.
