A childcare swap. This is for those of us who don't have full time daycare and may only need occasional help or date night care. I know I do!!!

This keeps track of a simple points system so no one feels like they are always the one called in to watch kids. The goal isn't to be too legalistic or formal about it, but let's face it. Time, money, and especially friendships are precious and valuable. This way when you help me with my kid while I teach piano on a Monday (as you all do so willingly and sacrificial already!) you know there is someone else signed up to let you go out with your husband later in the week.

It will be great to have 20 trusted mamas all supporting each other's various endeavors (Work! Creativity! Service! Friendship! Marriage! Study!) in this way.
