Glen Haven Guardians

Looking to invite new parents, grandparents, guardians, etc. to build rapport with and ultimately exchange an equitable frequency/duration of child care with other co-op members. The goal is to work together to free up time for each other and instilling trust to care for each others children.

This group is open to families in the Silver Spring/Wheaton area. If the volume of interest gets too large the geographic boundaries may constrict or the co-op will close itself to new members.

This co-op is open to parents/relatives of children ages 12 & under. We will set up intermittent meetings to establish & maintain rules for the group to abide by as well as discuss any positives & negatives experienced throughout the exchange of services.

Please contact me to express interest in joining, inform me of your anticipated co-op needs and use, the number and ages of children, and your expertise with children. I will set up a time for a meeting to determine if your needs match that of this group.
