Northside Parents

Hi my names Chase I am a father of Audrina shes 6 and step dad to Hayden hes 3. I just moved to the Northside La Crosse area from Wisconsin Rapids and have found out that it has/is been a challenge to find a reliable baby sitter for me and my fiance Desiree’s work schedule.

My idea if everyone/or as many of us that are willing to give up some of there freetime, so when they need help with they can recieve it in return, and all from people that we May have been sleeping next to for the past 10 years and didnt even think of asking before becuase you were to nervous, shy or what have you.

By having a coop in our neighborhood; I believe wel be able to eliminate that awkward conversation of asking someone else to help with your/our childern. If you cant find a baby sitter or cant afford one or are simplly Just need a brake. Also, this would save some money, time and whatever else..

If we are able to work together as a community; as struggling parents. My idea is to be able to have a sign up shee at a designated area in the neighbor ( on a share drive , someones house, the library, etc ) (somethjng for future) i want to have people put down Names,times there availability to look over X amount of kids for X amount of times..l would like to a rotating commutiee of people interview new members and come up with new better ideas for the coop. Lastly, i want anyone “a member” tobhave to volunteer as often as “commitee” decides on.

I want this coop to be 100% free (i scratch your back, you scratch mine” so to speak and i want it 100% free of any bias on race class religion color or gender. I believe if we can flow at least some or most of this outline, this coop . Will be awesome lets really help each other out with the daily challenge us parent and make this happen because not only will it be nice forbus the kids should. Live it since they will probably be in the same or around the same grade as yiur/ our child /ern no long or at least they wont have a stranger watch them they will have their friends mom/dad watch them instead.

I feel as if; any parent in need of help that isnt a registered sex offender convicted drug dealer, person charged with child abuse or anyone the “commmitee” unanimously decides again. The commitee and/or 2 or more people from said committiee interview said person and have a home visit of said volunteers house. “Membership” should not be active
